POS With Table Booking Built In

NxtPOS includes table booking in the same system as your POS, with a direct booking link showing live availability, optional deposits or per-person charges, and set-menu event bookings. There is no per-cover or per-booking fee. Included in the $120 and $200 plans.

Booking platforms charge you per cover for customers who were already coming. NxtPOS gives you the booking link without that fee, and keeps bookings in the same back office as your dine-in orders.

Availability that is always true

What customers can book is driven by the hours and tables you have set, so the link never offers a slot you cannot seat. Change your hours or close a section and the booking page reflects it immediately.

Take bookings for free, hold a deposit, or charge per person. For big nights a deposit is the difference between a full room and a room of no-shows, and it is set per booking type rather than all-or-nothing.
